Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Coach Kaz Gymnastics Lesson Plans application (the "App") collects from coaches and staff, how it is used, and how it is protected. The App is an internal scheduling, lesson-planning, and payroll tool used only by Coach Kaz Gymnastics staff — it is not a public-facing service.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
• Contact information: your phone number, if you choose to provide one, used only to send you schedule and work-related text alerts.
• Scheduling data: your class assignments, availability, and Teacher Scheduling calendar entries.
• Lesson plans and notes: the lesson content, videos, and private notes you or other coaches create in the App.
• Time sheet and payroll data: clock-in/clock-out times, hours worked, and related pay information.
• Staff communications: messages you send in the App's staff chat.

How We Use Information

• To operate the scheduling, lesson-planning, and payroll features of the App.
• To send you email and/or text notifications about your classes, schedule changes, and time sheet reminders.
• To maintain accurate payroll and time sheet records for Coach Kaz Gymnastics.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third parties who ever handle App data are service providers who help us operate it — specifically an email delivery provider and an SMS delivery provider (currently Brevo), who receive only the minimum contact information and message content needed to deliver a notification you are eligible to receive, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your account, scheduling, lesson plan, and payroll data for as long as you are an active staff member and as needed to maintain accurate business and payroll records afterward.

Your Choices

You may decline to provide a phone number, in which case you will not receive text alerts. You can update or remove your phone number at any time from the Teachers tab in the App, or by asking an admin to update it for you.
