1. Switching Teacher Calendars
Use the
Teacher calendar dropdown on the left sidebar to switch between teachers.

Selecting a teacher changes whose schedule you are viewing and editing.
2. Dragging Classes onto the Calendar
Drag any class from the left sidebar onto the calendar to schedule it.
3. Creating Custom Time Blocks
Click and drag directly on the calendar to create custom schedule blocks.
4. Editing Classes
Click any scheduled block to edit the class name, time, or day.
5. Moving Classes
Drag a scheduled class block to move it to another time or day.

6. Resizing Classes
Drag the bottom edge of a class block to make it longer or shorter.
7. Highlighting Important Classes
Click a class and then click
Highlight class.

8. Unavailable Time
Check
Mark as unavailable to make a block red.

9. Exporting Schedules
Use Export CSV or Export PDF to download schedules.
