Use Clock in when you are doing office work, meetings, lesson plans, or other paid work that is not a scheduled class. Add a note explaining why you were clocked in, then press Clock out when you are done.

If you forgot to clock in for a meeting or office work, open Add missed clocked time. Add the date, start time, end time, and notes, then press Add clocked time.

The weekly class schedule shows classes from Teacher Scheduling. Click a class card only after you taught it. The time sheet starts blank and only includes classes you click or add manually.

Use Request time off for planned time away. Use Request sub on class cards when you need coverage for a class. Accepted sub classes can be added to the sub teacher's schedule for that week.

Press Time sheet to see saved class and office entries. If you need to add a class that is not on the schedule, use Add class manually.

When the week is finished and your entries look right, press Submit week. Admin can review and approve submitted weeks for payroll.
